1. Stress

But! There is a solution to minimize stress effects on your body. You should have at least 1 hour of full relaxation per day. It can be yoga, reading a book, walking with a dog, or even watching TV show! The main rule — it should not make your body go into «stress-response mode» (meaning don’t watch or read anything that will make you excited)
2. Not using SPF
Sometimes applying SPF might be annoying, but it’s crucial for healthy and radiant skin.
Even if it’s a gloomy day outside, you must use SPF with a protection level of at least 30, or better, 50. UV rays easily penetrate clouds and age your precious skin.
3. Hydration
Our skin is 64% water. What happens if you don’t drink enough? Well, skin cannot recover quickly since it will miss its most vital component.
Of course, you can use a good anti-aging cream or essence to boost hydration (we make one of the best, wink-wink), but it’ll not protect you 100% if you drink just 2 glasses of water daily. 2 liters of liquid should do the job. All liquids count, tea, juice, and soda are okay, so if you are not a fan of water, you can find the drink of your choice!
